Can I pick up my order from a package shop?
Yes, in most cases, you can! When selecting your delivery options, you can choose to have the items delivered to your selected address, or a click and collect location. If click and collect is not an available option, this is because our courier partner does not offer this option.
Customs and import duties
Orders outside of the UK or Denmark may be subject to customs charges, import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. You will be responsible for covering these charges that could be added.
