If you decide to cancel your Joe Membership without having used it within the required 14 day cooling off period after you first sign up, you will be entitled to apply for a full refund of the paid Membership fee.
- You apply for a refund by notifying Customer Care through:
- A message on the inbox on your app. The inbox is found under your profile & selecting inbox.
- An e-mail to email@example.com.
- All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will only be credited back to the original credit card used for Membership fee payment.
This Refund Policy apply to all Joe Memberships unless otherwise noted when signing up for a Joe Membership.
