In connection with our recruitment processes, Joe & The Juice will, as the data controller, collect and process personal data about job applicants and scouted persons invited to events concerning jobs in Joe & The Juice.

When we collect personal data directly from you for the purpose of recruitment, you provide the personal data voluntarily and in order to be invited to a job interview or another job event. You are not obliged to provide the information to us. The consequences of not providing the personal data are that we cannot invite you to a job event or that we cannot offer you a job.
You have the right to withdraw your consent. If you withdraw the consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. Please contact us using the contact details below if you wish to exercise this right.
We transfer the personal data to our IT providers, who provide the systems and tools and store personal data for us.

If you are a scouted person and have been invited to a job event and have not been offered a job interview, we will delete your personal data after 6 months.
If you – as a scouted person or a job applicant - have been to a job interview, and the job is filled by another candidate, your personal data will be deleted at the time of rejection unless we obtain your consent to further storing for future positions.
If you obtain employment, we will store the provided personal data in accordance with the privacy notice for employees.
Subject to the conditions set out in the applicable data protection legislation, you enjoy the following rights:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the Danish Data Protection Agency or the relevant supervisory authority located within the market or country that you are placed. You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal which is based article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on this provision.
