THE JOB…..

You will be a part of the Facility maintenance team in the UK, dealing with coordination and day-to-day planning of repair, renovation, maintenance and ongoing operations of all company facilities, including associated equipment such as commercial bar equipment, building and in-house tech systems.

Responsibilities:

To implement and execute preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and Reactive Maintenance in accordance with operational needs.

  • Ensuring all stores are in perfect condition and presentable to the public
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of various facilities across the country
  • Performing site inspections
  • Ensuring that relevant building maintenance, repairs and services are completed efficiently on time and in alignment with budget
  • Updating accidents & incidents records
  • Working with third parties to provide maintenance, building, cleaning, security and IT services
  • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Act according to plans, budgets, schedules, and manages all facilities work as directed by the Facilities manager.
  • Over-sees renovations & upshines from scoping to budgeting, to execution.
  • Coordinates work with Operations, Marketing, Entitlements, and other departments as needed .
  • Maintains detailed records of all planned, on-going, and completed facilities work including costs, schedules, and status updates.  
  • Participates in on-going Facilities Department development including training, personal development, innovation, and team building programs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

This is a field-based role in London. It’s important that you have experience in a retail environment (preferably in Food & Beverage Industry), dealing with commercial refrigeration systems & building systems and technologies.

  • You have relevant level 2-3 certifications and qualifications in either of these: Electrical Installations, Plumbing, Carpentry or Refrigeration & HVAC.
  • You are Multi-skilled in several craftsmanship’s, Such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting & Decoration.
