Another lovely Monday. This week I am back in Copenhagen for a lot of exciting training sessions with Joe Campus. I have just finished up my most recent project in Nice, France, and what an experience it was. I can honestly say that I have grown substantially both professionally and personally, while having the time of my life.
I have been so lucky to meet these great guys we have as our team in France, and they have definitely brought something very special to JOE. So this week I wanted you to meet just a few of our juicers from France. Last in this post, you can see what France has to offer on the flair front. There are three guys who are committed to go to Copenhagen next year for the SHowOff Championship Finales. They are starting to look pretty good!
Who am I?
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Maxime and I’m 25 years old. I am the Country Manager of the French Market for JOE & THE JUICE. It has been 5 years now since I started to juice for the coolest company of all time. I pressed my first apple into the centrifuge back in 2010 in London, UK. At that time, I was just another French guy hitting the Big Smoke to improve my english and I didn’t know much about coffee, juice and much more. But a lot of juice has flowed under the bridge since and without JOE, I wouldn’t be the man I am and the one I intend to become!
What is JOE to me?
JOE means a lot to me. It is like a family. As I said, this company has been an integral part of my life so far. Thanks to JOE, I had the chance to travel a lot and get to discover different cultures and different people. I started in London, moved to Copenhagen, Denmark to be a part time Juicer while studying at Copenhagen Business School. I loved the Scandinavian spirit so much that I went to spend 18 months in Oslo, Norway. Step by step, country by country, I grew with the company and I give my best to provide JOE with what JOE gave me; opportunities.
Who am I?
Hey, my name is Naïm Dib, I am 22 years old and I am a Shift Manager in Nice Airport. Here is my story. I started studying business, but it was not what I had hoped for. So I came into the food and beverage industry working as a waiter to gain financial independency. I love to experience and to learn new things, so I was saving up to travel and experience the world. That continued until the day I put in my application to work for Joe & The Juice.
What is Joe to me?
Everything started with Joe. I never could have imagined that a job could make me grow so much in such a short time. All of these exciting cultures in one company, it is simply amazing. I love to grow and invest myself in this 110% to progress even more. I want to help with the development of Joe & The Juice in France and one day go abroad when I get the chance. I work hard to be the best and achieve my goals, because I love my job and this a fantastic opportunity for anyone.
Who am I?
So, my name is Julien Lanziani, and I am a Juicer in Nice Airport. My story with JOE started very random. I finished my Baccalaureate, and after that I wanted to study business unit management by default and of necessity to have something in life. But when I did not find internship, I decided to seek temporary work until something would come up. I came across Joe & The Juice and I gave Frederik Löwe my number. The next day I received a call and that is how my story in Joe & The Juice starts.
What is Joe to me?
Joe represents a lot of things to me. First of all it is my first real job, and hopefully I can stay with this company forever! To me Joe & The Juice is a great way to start a future career. I have grown so much with Joe, I just love the mentality in our work, the culture of our company and the concept is genius. Joe is the professional american dream. I work very hard for Joe. I invest myself in our work, because I know that it will not be in vain. I hope to keep growing until the end. This is not like any ordinary food and beverage shop. There is whole way of thinking about our culture, and why we do things our way. Joe is simply a perfect combination between working to be the best and having fun with your friends, and that’s why I love it.
