Step 1

Place paper filter in the cap and rinse with freshly boiled water. This will eliminate any papery taste.

Attach cap to the brew chamber and position it on your favorite mug.

Weigh the coffee and adjust grinder to the aeropress setting (2 on the 1-5 scale).

Use the funnel to put coffee in the brew chamber. This ensures the coffee won’t stick to the inside walls of the brewer.

Start your timer and pour 35 grams of water into the brew chamber. Stir with the included paddle or a spoon. This ensures that the water saturates the grounds.

After 1 minute, add 215 grams of water for a total of 250 grams. Stir for 10 seconds.

Place plunger on top and allow the coffee to brew for another 2-4 minutes. A shorter brew time will produce a lighter cup. The longer you let it brew, the stronger it will get.
